Ford (2005)

55″ x 14″ – Giclee prints mounted on foamcore and wood support.

One of a series of “photems” (a term borrowed from Robert Rauschenberg). This series reinvigorated my interest in photography, as the structure of the pieces added a semi-cinematic narrative and infused the images with movement. These pieces also have the important element of silence and omission: what happened between the frames? (By the way, this particular photem was made before the put-an-antler-on-everything craze started, I swear!)
